What Does Black Belt Investments Do?

Serving RI and MA, we are a real estate investment firm specializing in the creative financing space.   This means if you've had trouble buying a home or selling one, we can probably help.

We purchase walk-in ready homes at market prices and make them available to people who can't qualify for traditional mortgages.  These could be folks who have slight 'dings' on their credit or who have recently started a business.

Sellers can avoid realtor fees, closing costs and other expenses while buyers can get a great house on terms they can live with.
